For me it’s not just delivering a “kick-ass” video to the client. I like to create an experience with the people I work with. I love what I do but I love having fun while doing it. I use all professional equipment. Below are some of the items I use:

Do you film interstate and overseas?
Provided there’s enough notice and I am available, then yes, I can absolutely adventure with you to capture your video. I will require my flights and a certain amount of days in accommodation to be covered.

It’s no secret if a person has the choice to watch a video or read a chunk of text, that they’re likely to select the video option and retain more information. How do you charge?
Rates vary depending on the job. I have to factor in the scope of the job, what equipment is required, how long the job will take, location, among other things. Its best to get in contact so we can begin exploring your options.
When do I need to pay and do you require a deposit?
30% deposit is required to commence and the final payment before the video is handed over.
What types of video is suitable to grow my business?
There are many different types of videos we can create to boost your business. Understanding your business is essential as each business is unique. Here are some common types of videos we can leverage:
1. Company Profile Video: A short video showcasing who you are and what your business is about. Also, it’s an opportunity to grab your customer’s attention.
2. Testimonial: Gain credibility and earn trust. You want your customers to know what you have is the best on the market.
3. Ad/Promo Video: Market your product or service with some zing!
4. Explainer: Show how your product or service works.
5. Event Video: Recap of an event that can be shared with a wider audience.

What happens once I decide to go ahead with your services?
Once we determine we are a good fit for one another, we can dive in and begin looking at what direction to take. A rough plan will be cut out and I will forward you a quote. Once the deposit has been paid, we will begin putting the pieces to your video together.
Do you offer creative solutions?
Yes, absolutely! It’s the chance I get to be creative and think of fresh ideas. What I like to do is chat with you because you may already have a vision and then we can bounce ideas back and forth until we are both satisfied. Alternatively, you can leave it all in my hands if you prefer to have less involvement in this process.
How long does it take to turnover a video and what if I need a video with a very short turnaround?
For short videos (under 2 mins), it takes 2 weeks to complete the final version of the video. Longer video’s may require more time. In the past I have turned around videos in 24 hours or less. This can only be done if I don’t have competing deadlines, so get in contact immediately if this is something you require.
How many revisions do I get after the video is completed?
I allow 2 revisions however depending on circumstances and how reasonable the requests, additional revisions may be done.
Do you do photography?
I offer basic photography if you need some shots done in between filming. However, if you are after a certain level of photography, it’s best to find a professional photographer.

When will I receive my wedding video?
Beautiful Wedding films are made through telling a story. This requires a lot of time editing and during peak season, things can get a bit crazy. Please allow 3 to 5 months to receive your wedding film.
What music options do I have and where do you get your music?
The music library I access is fully licenced with a fantastic variety of songs. I help select the music for your wedding video as I use different songs to tell each part of the story. I generally avoid popular commercial music as they have heavy copyright restrictions making it difficult to post your video on any social media platform. I will always run the music selection by you first if that’s something you want to be involved in.
When do I need to pay and do you require a deposit?
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required and the final balance payable on the wedding day or before.
